WoodTrends Standard Wood Ceilings are linear wood plank
style ceiling treatment utilizing either perforations or
grooves to achieve NRC values as high as .90. Standard
Wood Ceiling Panels are manufactured on either an MDF or
chipboard core, using real wood veneer, finished with
two coats of a UV-Polyacrylate lacquer.
Twenty-four
standard and forty custom veneers are available.
Installation is by pivot clip onto typical 15/16? T-grid. A
REVEAL EDGE detail leaves a 10 mm groove running between
planks. This groove is typically filled
with a real wood strip (provided) to hide the pivot clip. A
FLUSH EDGE detail requires no wood strip as the edges butt
together. A 2 mm bevel typically defines the
seam between planks.
